Yummy Lobster
Dave and Deanna took the Cessna up to New England this weekend. They brought back two live lobsters for us. I’d never cooked live lobster before, but I suppose there’s a first time for everything! I boiled them for 15 minutes and then cracked the open after letting them cool for about 5 minutes.
Absolutely wonderful. There’s nothing quite like Maine lobster — and very cheap too! I think John paid about $20 for both of them! (2.5 lbs total)
