Christmas in October
John called this afternoon to let me know that he was hearing Christmas music on the radio. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t heard it through the phone. I browsed to the WASH FM (97.1) website and found that indeed, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee was one of the last 10 songs that they had played.
The local Walmart started putting out some selected Christmas items around Labor Day. WASH FM is starting to mix in Christmas music. How insane is this? It’s not even Halloween yet!!!
