Raceday Nachos

The perfect snack for any race … or game:

1 bag round tortilla chips
1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup medium taco sauce
1 cup chopped green onions
2 large tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 jar queso dip
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers (from a jar — not fresh!)

Raccoons strike again.  They love the nectar that I put in my hummingbird feeders.  When I use the ceramic feeders, they tear the corks up and drink the nectar out.  Now they’re chewing the flowers off of these cheap little feeders.  Not sure what to do except bring them inside every night.  What a pain.
