John + Dad + B-17 = Love

The family got together and bought John’s Dad a ride on the EAA B-17, “Aluminum Overcast”, for his 70th birthday this year.  It took some convincing, but John finally decided that he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to ride along with him.  The flight was scheduled for yesterday, out of the airport in Leesburg, VA.  [...]
